Be is a personal daily reflection app. it is provided as-is. we make no guarantees about uptime, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

your content

everything you write in Be belongs to you. we never access, read, collect, or store your entries. your data lives only on your device.

purchases

Be is a one-time paid app. all purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. refund requests should be directed to Apple.

limitation of liability

to the maximum extent permitted by law, Be and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

changes

we may update these terms from time to time. continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
